"Cabrea"
This snow goose sculpture in Dunrea identify our geographic location in the central North American Geese Flyway.
Cabrea faces north in the Spring and then turns to the south in the fall.
Lang's Crossing
Located along the east side of Highway #346 to the elbow of the Souris River, Lang's Crossing provides a popular
spot for swimming, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching and wildlife viewing.
Pelican Lake
Pelican Lake is the largest navigable body of water in Southwest Manitoba. In the summer months, boating,
swimming and fishing are some of the activities enjoyed there. In the winter, one could take advantage of
the miles of snowmobile trails and ice fishing.
Pelican Yacht Club
The regions sailing and boating centre. The clubhouse is an excellent place to rest and enjoy the spectacular
view of the marina and the lake.
Terry Fox Memorial Park
This park, located at the south end of Queen Street in Ninette, will be dedicated by his parents on June 19, 2004.
